The Temple On An Australian Hill

Michelangelo was 54 when he painted The Last Judgement.

Not a young man's breakthrough. The work of someone who'd earned his craft, layered his skill, and knew what mattered. It shows. There's ease in it. Confidence. Mischief.

He painted friends and enemies into the scene. Left God naked.

It's not careful work. It's free work.

That distinction - careful versus free - is what The Temple on the Hill is built around.

The first decades reward the careful. And the diligent. Build, prove, navigate, produce. And most people who find their way to The Temple on the Hill did exactly that. Successfully. They reached the top of their tree.

And then something shifted. Not a crisis. A drift. A question they can't quite leave behind.

Why am I still proving? Is this even what I want? Who is me, now?

I call it The Temple on the Hill. A cohort for that inflection point. Eight people. One year. The four seasons of a deliberate journey - Noticing, Releasing, Cultivating, Participating - lived together where no one is managing you, performing for you, or invested in you staying the same.

Not a course. Nor a coaching programme. A pilgrimage with companions, over enough time for real seasons to turn.

We're forming an Australian cohort. If you're a senior leader, founder, or executive who's navigated to the top of your tree and feels the tide beginning to turn - this might be for you.

The next move would be a conversation. No form or funnel.
